If you, your family or someone else you wish to help are in need of food, we are honored and feel blessed by the opportunity to serve you.

You may arrive to the distribution center at the Avadhutashram, in the service hours. No prior registration is required.

We are located on Heart Content Road or Route 31.

Coming from Round Top Post office, we are up the road, after the Jewish camp. Look for the Ashram sign on your left (and for a line of cars…).

SERVICE HOURS:

Every Wednesday, 10:00-12:00 PM

WHAT TO EXPECT?

We are operating in a drive-through service system. When you arrive you will be directed to join the car waiting line. Please allow waiting time (or if you wish, some quality reading time), and please obey the guidance of our volunteers and coordinators.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?

Each household receives a minimum of one box (or more, depends on the number of its members) loaded with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, proteins, diary products and other food items.

DO I NEED TO LIVE IN CAIRO IN ORDER TO RCIEVE FOOD?

No. We distribute to anyone in need regardless to their location.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY DOCUMENTS WITH ME TO REGISTER?

No need to bring documents. We do not require to show ID or any other document. You only need to fill up some basic details.

CAN I PICK UP FOR MY NEIGBORS OR FRIENDS?

Yes, you can pick up food for your neigbors and friends. You will need to register their names and basic details.

I DO NOT HAVE A CAR. DO YOU DELIVER?

No, unfortunately we do not have the manpower and time required to operate deliveries, but you can ask someone to pick up food for you.

I AM DISABLED AND CAN’T CARRY THE FOOD TO MY CAR.

No problem! we are ready for that! Our amazing volunteers will carry the boxed into your car if you cannot carry it yourself.
